KATHRYN A. TYLER

Kathryn Tyler is a trademark attorney who has worked in large international law firms and international companies. She has handled international portfolios and expanded patent, trademark and copyright filings and protection worldwide. In addition to the regular trademark prosecution and enforcement practice, she is experienced in working with government enforcement and regulatory agencies.

Ms. Tyler is a member of the International Trademark Association, and is a past Committee Member of the ADR/Mediation and Anti-Counterfeiting and Enforcement Committees. She is a licensed California attorney, and also served as the Articles, Acquisition, and Production Editor for the Intellectual Property law journal "New Matter." She has lectured and participated in numerous round tables and presentations regarding trademarks and enforcement.
